Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Rates:
- Orders up to $59.99: $4.99 flat rate shipping
- Orders $60 and up: FREE shipping
Shipping Method: We ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days within the United States.
Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
Eligible Returns:
- Unopened products in original condition
- Defective or damaged products (contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos)
- Incorrect items shipped
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened nail wrap packages (due to hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at hello@saltedavenue.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if approved.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different design or size. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at hello@saltedavenue.com. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
