So pretty! I love it!

So disappointed

I ordered 3 pendants with different letters for the women in my family as gifts. Every year we buy multiples of an item so we can wear it on a family girls night out. Of the 3 pendants they all came in a cellophane clear plastic package, 2 came with plastic jewels already having fallen out of the settings and roaming freely in their package. No necklace box to protect them and the packaging was flimsy and scarcely padded so likely why the stone fall out in shipping. Then after opening the packages to place them in after market jewelry boxes, the one that came with all of the stones lost 3 just trying to open it.

A good deal is only a good deal when the value of the product is favorable and sturdy. There’s were neither of those things. Certainly, I’m aware it’s essentially costume jewelry, but I can’t even comment on the quality of the product as there was no quality whatsoever. Sorely displease to say the very least.
